You’ve probably seen a few of these scattered around London, most likely in the stations. I had been walking past the booth in Marylebone station for years before I actually stopped to look at the menu, to my surprise, they have a few vegan options.
The availability of all ingredients varies week to week but there will always be something you can eat to satisfy that early morning (or late night) craving. at the time of writing, they have six different pre-defined bagels you can order and I have tried at least three of them in their original form:
- Hummus, tomatoes and rocket
- Vegan cream cheese
- Vegan cream cheese and avocado
- Vegan cream cheese, avocado, tomatoes and black olives
However, you can mix and match the ingredients as you want when you order, the difference it makes to the final price is minimal. Let’s face it, some days all we want is cream cheese and tomatoes!
Now, I know my American readers would probably disagree, but I think they are good Bagels! I like the taste, and I think the portions are generous.
