Fego is a chain of café style eateries located in and around the Home Counties. In their own words, they want to have a laidback atmosphere, and this is what you get when you visit.
They have multiple Vegan options, from a full-on breakfast to simple granola all the way up to pasta and a burger.
As you can imagine, I’ve tried the plant-based burger (a few times) and can guarantee it’s delicious. it is made with a fake-meat style patty (moving mountains – I believe) and a lovely pickled relish.
My other favourite is the Hummus on toast, deliciously topped with plant-based ‘feta’ cheese…
I would highly recommend you pay a visit, the food is always delicious and the staff are the nicest!
