Since I can remember, Zizzi have had plenty of vegan options on their menu. I rarely go to Zizzi (I don’t know why!) but since I have swapped dinning out for meal deliveries, I have expanded on my selection of eateries, including Zizzi as a new regular choice.
Have you tried their ‘Little Soul’ Breads? You should. Yes, they’re simply small buns but they do taste delicious!
Zizzi offers two Vegan Pizza dishes. One with Jackfruit shaped like pepperoni – the Rustica Jackfruit Italian Hot – and the other a Margherita – Vegan Rustica Margherita. I’ve had both, I don’t really enjoy the taste of Jackfruit so I wouldn’t order it again, however, their pizza base is good and the ‘cheese’ is creamy and melted so the Margherita is a good choice. I usually add other toppings such as Olives, Mushrooms and Onions to make it my own. That way you can have a different pizza each time!
Zizzi also have Vegan pasta on their menu, I’m yet to try this. I think I’ll wait until I go into a branch as I don’t know if pasta travels well…
All in all, I’m happy I’ve included Zizzi into my Pizza night repertoire!
