“123Vegan” or “123V” is brought to us by Alexis Gauthier – yes the same Michelin Star Chef from Gauthier Soho. Located in the basement and outside terrace of Fenwick department store in London. Styled as an up-market diner, this eatery offers a completely vegan fast-food style menu of sushi, burgers and the odd Tex-Mex item.
I have only tried the burgers so far and as burgers go, they are delicious. The California Burger – their original – is mouthwatering. I ate mine with chickpea fries, they are so tasty, like eating crunchy hummus… I hope that makes sense!
I can’t wait to go back and experience the Sushi!
I do wish they would make their own patties as opposed to using “Beyond Meat”. Don’t get me wrong, it is TASTY and I understand it’s a great way to attract non-vegans, I just am a much bigger fan of burgers with a homemade patty, specially if I’m eating out.
