Decorated like an old American Diner, the Liverpool Street branch was very welcoming. Even though the ordering process is done through screens, the staff were at hand and very helpful and charming, attention to customers wasn’t missed, and have I mentioned it’s all plant based!?
Their menu has (at the time of writing) six different burgers, a hot dog, salad bowls, an extensive amount of potato based sides, desserts and their famous shakes!
After uhm’ing and ahm’ing at the screen for a while, I settled for a Crispy Chik’n burger and a side of fries – lots and lots of fries -. This was a good choice, I was not disappointed by the taste, texture or quantity.
In fact, it was so filling, I didn’t have capacity to drink a milkshake which I had eyed for dessert – so I’ll have to return for this. But I did indulge in a slice of rocky road (again, generous) which hit the sweet spot perfectly!
