Osaka

High Wycombe

If you are looking for a vegan-friendly Japanese restaurant in High Wycombe, look no further than Osaka. This cozy and modern place offers a variety of dishes that will satisfy your taste buds. From sushi and sashimi to noodles and stir-frys, there is something for everyone at Osaka.

I visited Osaka for a Saturday lunchtime and was warmly greeted by a friendly staff. They offer a separate Vegan menu which made it easier to surf through options.

I had a hard time choosing from the many tempting dishes, and eventually opted for the Inari wakame pouch, a rice pocket filled with seaweed salad (I have a serious love for wakame and this was so so good!).

I also went for the Secret Garden Roll, which was a vegan sushi roll with avocado, cucumber, sweet tofu, red ginger and topped with crunchy sweet potato, wakame and goma sesame dressing. The roll was crunchy, and a really generous portion.

I had a lovely time at Osaka, and can’t wait to go back to try more of their noodles and stir-fries as well as enjoy their cocktails which looked delicious. The service was attentive and friendly, the food was delicious and satisfying, and the atmosphere was cosy and inviting. You should definitely check out Osaka. You won’t regret it!
